Looking Forward – Emerging Opportunities in Value-Added

The 2018 Agri-Value Workshop and Networking Event is taking place Thursday, May 3 at the Sheraton Cavalier in Saskatoon. In 2018, we celebrate four successful years of growing attendance, top notch speakers and glowing reviews (on average, 99 per cent find the event useful for their business!). This year’s theme is Looking Forward: Emerging Opportunities in Value-Added.

We have created a workshop featuring both local and international speakers, whose sessions will include:

• Forthcoming changes from the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations and Act
• Sustainability’s impact on the agri-food industry
• Logistic services to support Saskatchewan’s processors
• Emerging trade opportunities for value-added companies (panel)
• Blockchain in the agri-food industry
• Future issues and opportunities in value-added

The workshop will be followed by an evening reception to be held at the Top of the Inn.
